Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

SHIPPING DELIVERY

The following shipping methods are available:

1. Standard Ground (3–7 business days).

2. Local Delivery. This is only available in Calgary, Canada (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method.

LOCAL DELIVERY (CALGARY ONLY):

Same-day delivery orders are delivered same day if ordered by 3:00pm. Orders after 3:00pm will be delivered the following day. All orders must have a valid street address and customer phone numbers (no PO Boxes). This is only available in Calgary, Canada.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping is free within Canada using Canada Post.

Calgary local delivery is free of charge with order over 199$.
